Swell Café has been offering catering for events on the Surf Coast for many years- we offer a personalised experience for any event, from weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers or corporate events we have the perfect options to suit your function!

You can hold a private event at the café with us or we can work at offsite location of choice – your house & even beach events.  Need to impress some clients ? look no further than Swell we can offer the perfect catering for pick up or delivery.

  • Coconut chilli and coriander glazed Otway pork belly with chiffonnade salad fresh herbs and fried shallots*
  • Black truffle infused wild mushroom risottowith cracked pepper medley*~
  • Chickpea and lamb tangine with chermola yoghurtbrick pastry and herb oil
  • Chargrilled Sopressa on organic sourdough with green olive tapenadebuffalo mozzarella and oregano grilled tomato

Mains

  • Char grilled pork rib eye wilted spinach, roast vine ripened tomatoes potato croutons and honey walnut dressing.
  • Beef eye fillet served with herbed potatoes sautéed vegetables and Forest mushroom jus
  • Crispy skin snapper with zucchini ribbons, snow pea shoots and Caribbean chilli butter sauce.
  • Rolled chicken breast filled with s.d.t. pesto & brie on a melange of pumpkin, Spanish onion and roquette

Desserts

  • Tiramisu crème brulee with hazelnut and cranberry biscotti
  • Triple chocolate fondantwith house made ice-cream and raspberry wipe
  • Sticky date pudding with candied apricots and salted caramel macadamia sauce
